How quotes, deposits, and cancellations work before you put a car on the book.
No. A request creates a quote. You are charged only after you accept that quote and pay the deposit on the secure payment page.
The quote shows the total, the deposit that holds the vehicle, and the balance. The balance is collected later on a separate link.
Metro Atlanta, including ATL, PDK, and FTY, Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Marietta, and Alpharetta. Farther trips are quoted on their own.
Yes. You can prefer a vehicle on the request. Dispatch confirms it is free before the quote is sent. If it is not, you will see another option before you pay.
More than 48 hours before pickup, the deposit is refunded less any cost we cannot recover. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained. Weddings may have a longer window, written on the quote.
Ask in the notes. We will confirm whether the vehicle’s seating can take the seat you need.
