How reservations, deposits, cancellations, and service work when you book with Jhonny ATL Limousine.
These terms describe how Jhonny ATL Limousine accepts reservations. They are the company’s operating policy as published on this website and can be updated from the admin dashboard. They are not a substitute for advice from your own attorney.
1. Quotes
A reservation request is not a confirmed booking and is not a charge. We review the date, vehicle, and route, then send a quotation to the email you provide. A quote is valid only until the expiration date shown on it. After that date the vehicle is released and the quote must be reissued.
2. Acceptance and deposit
A booking is held when you accept the quote and pay the required deposit through our payment page. Card payments are processed by Square. We do not store card numbers or security codes. If a quote does not require a deposit, the ride is confirmed only after we accept it in writing.
3. Balance
The remaining balance is due before the scheduled pickup unless the quotation says otherwise. We send a separate secure payment link for that balance. The trip may be withheld if the balance is unpaid at pickup.
4. Scheduling
Quoted times are pickup times, not flight times. Tell us the airline and flight number in the notes when you can. We plan airport pickups around the flight information you provide, but we cannot control air traffic, security lines, or road closures. Waiting time beyond the quoted window may be billed at the waiting rate in effect for that vehicle.
5. Vehicle assignment
A requested vehicle is a preference. We assign a specific car when the quote is prepared. If that vehicle becomes unavailable because of maintenance or a schedule conflict we will offer a comparable vehicle or a revised quote before the trip.
6. Cancellations
Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup and the deposit is refunded, less any third-party cost we have already incurred and cannot recover. Cancel inside 48 hours, or fail to appear, and the deposit is retained. Special-event and wedding reservations may carry a longer cancellation window, which will be written on the quote.
7. Conduct and capacity
Passenger and luggage counts must match the booking. We may refuse service if the party exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, if luggage cannot be secured, or if a passenger is unsafe to transport. No smoking in the vehicles. Child seats are available when requested in advance and are subject to the vehicle’s seating layout.
8. Service area
Our regular area is metro Atlanta, including ATL, PDK, and FTY, Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Marietta, and Alpharetta. Travel outside that area is quoted individually.
9. Liability
We carry the insurance required to operate as a chauffeur service. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, flights, or other conditions outside our control, or for items left in a vehicle. Tell dispatch promptly about lost property and we will check the car.
10. Changes
Material changes to the route, time, or passenger count may require a revised quote. The price on an accepted quote stays in effect unless you ask for a change or the trip runs beyond the quoted time.
